The first time you call our office, we’ll need the full details of your emergency.
After speaking with you to determine the best way to proceed, our Golden State team will be promptly mobilized to visit and assess the damages and assist you with the first steps of the repairs process.
With your signed permission on our work authorization pre-construction documents, we’ll prepare the necessary paperwork to let your insurance company know that we are working with you on your emergency and allow us to communicate with your insurance adjusters(s) if needed.
We will meet with the adjuster to let them know about your situation and that we are working with you or your agents.
An evaluator will visit the site and assess the damage to your property.
An estimate is sent to the adjuster for claims approval, and coordination begins.
Once your adjuster approves your property claim and construction documents are completed, we may begin the process of repairs to your damage, restoring your business and/or home to their previous condition before the damages occurred.
